Important things to note:

  • Many tiles are double sided. This is usually shown with a slash (e.g. MUSIC THERAPY / TAKE MEDICATION)
  • If a tile is not showing, not adding to cart, or marked as out of stock, it means it has sold out
  • Tiles are $3.00 each, or $2.00 each for seconds quality
  • Seconds tiles function perfectly, however have imperfections such as discolouration, uneven timber colour and printing variations. 
  • Packing time may take a little longer than usual, as tiles need to be individually picked from hundreds of options to mix and match
  • Postage will be $10.95 flat rate (this is a direct cost from Australia Post and the cheapest way to send with tracking unfortunately)
Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $120
  • Flat shipping rate of $10.95 across Australia for standard delivery, which offers tracking.
  • Adhesive labels: Free shipping using Australia Post’s standard post option (untracked). If you would like to add tracking or an Express Post option to your labels delivery, please let us know and we can advise a cost.

When will my order be shipped?
If your items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the order.
This may vary during peak periods, however, we’ll aim to provide updates on our website if this is the case.
Our new release products are often available for pre-order for our customers. We’ll make sure we note this in the product description and give our best indication of when the items are due.

    How long does shipping take?
    Our products are sent through Australia Post or via courier (usually Couriers Please, StarTrack & Aramex) using their ATL (Authority to Leave) services and we are subject to their shipping times.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we can arrange this for you! Just send us a note to hello@secondscout.com.au with what you'd like to order plus your country/postcode and we can provide a quote.
